CLASSES

At Slammers, we love to help our members keep their regimens interesting by hosting a wide variety of classes. Our instructors have, over the years, offered everything from hot yoga to boot camp to spin.

We typically post a monthly schedule on our website and our Facebook page. Some of our sessions are extremely popular and so we have a first-come-first-serve signup system where members contact us on the day of the class to reserve a spot. If there are cancellations or postponements we will announce these amendments to our calendar on the Slammers Facebook page so, if you’re someone who loves to sweat in our fitness classroom, it’s a good idea to follow our feed.

Personal Yoga Instruction With Marlena

Starting Sept. 1st

There is so much more to yoga than just stretching! Marlena Stevens is now offering one-on-one sessions for both new and experienced practitioners. Marlena specializes in helping you incorporate yoga into your daily life and the benefits of this synthesis are abundant. Her tried-and-true methods will allow you to burn calories while creating lean muscle mass, and build stamina while bringing into balance the trinity of mind, body, and soul.
