First lively then limber! Spin & Yin combines a carefully-calibrated thirty minutes of cycling with a deep, relaxing stretch. This class is for everyone: the cycling portion of the session is modulated so that respiration rates remain at safe levels. The second half of S&Y concentrates on the synchronization of your body and breath, as well as the elongation of your muscles, fascia, and tissue.
