SPIN & YIN

First lively then limber! Spin & Yin combines a bouncy thirty minutes of cycling with a deep, relaxing stretch. This class is for everyone: it’s your workout, so you’re encouraged to go at your own pace during the cycling portion of the session. The second half of S&Y concentrates on the synchronization of your body and breath, as well as the elongation of your muscles, fascia, and tissue.
