The Chinese name translates to “smoothening, straightening, repairing your fascia until it’s resembling a fine piece of silk and flowing with good health and vitality.” The Eight Brocade practice has been explored and adapted in China for thousands of years, resulting in various versions and styles. In this class we will focus on the awareness of breath and Qi flow within the body dovetailed with a series of body movement. The intention is to calm and clear the mind, restore vitality and resiliency, improve flexibility, coordination, and balance.
